I know we are taught to stay away from red meat. I’m going to try something different and see if it’s a change. I don’t care for it but I am getting older and I’m not feeling the best. Im missing nutrients that comes from red meat.

I didn’t really think not having a dad in my life would bother me so much. It’s been ever since I been on social media that it really started to affect me. Or effect I hate that I can’t remember that for some reason lol. Anyway, y’all are blessed to have those healthy relationships with your dads even with the bumps in the road. Happy Father’s Day to all of your fathers. I don’t think I will ever find mine. Plus I think he is dead.

I have to get myself together. Maybe the weekend shift will be better. All I need to do is a year of it.

Oh I forgot. I had 100+ needles in acupuncture today it was dope. I felt the pain flow through my body and exit. I still feel some pain. She claims I need more work. I guess she got me lol. I will go three more times. lol. If I’m still here. I meet with Goodie Gabor to make a decision. Lol

Today was a good day I passed my Medicaid inspection and also the drug testing collector course. I was so stressed for no reason pretty smooth.

Today was Dmx funeral at the Barclays. Nice choir and nice casket. They really did a good job. I’m tired. I have an inspection and a drug testing test on Thursday.
